God and Church Awards

The following awards may be ordered after all the requirements have been completed. The Award Application Form may be found in the back of the God and Church Student Workbook. A pastor’s signature is required.

Youth Recognitions
	Medallion – 002C3 The medallion may be worn on the official Girl Scout uniform (centered below the membership stars on the right side of the vest or sash, or worn on the right side of the blouse level with the Girl Scout membership pin). This is the official medallion for the BSA uniform which is worn above the left shirt pocket.
	¾” Pin – 002C6 About the same size as the Girl Scout pin. May be worn on the official Girl Scout uniform (centered below the membership stars on the right side of the vest or sash, or worn on the right side of the blouse level with the Girl Scout membership pin) Denominational Logos Available
	Embroidered Patch – 001CN 3” embroidered emblem Sew it on the back of the Girl Scout vest. Sew it on a BSA brag vest. Wear it as a temporary patch on the front of the BSA uniform. Or add it to your collection!
	Neckerchief – 001C7 White neckerchief with maroon trim features an embroidered God and Country medallion. Denominational logos NOT available.
	Youth Certificate – 001C9 5x7 parchment Certificates come blank – you add the recipient’s name and secure appropriate signatures. Looks great in a frame!
Counselor Recognitions
	Counselor Pin – 002C8 3/4” counselor pin Straight pin (like a tie tack). The word “Counselor” is against a blue background.
	Counselor Patch – 001CC 3” embroidered emblem Similar to the student patch except that it has “Counselor” on it. Counselors are encouraged to wear this patch while teaching a God and Church class as incentive for students to complete the requirements. This patch may be ordered at any time by phone, mail, or via the Internet.
	Counselor Certificate – CC1C9 5x7 parchment Certificates come blank – you add the recipient’s name and secure appropriate signatures. Looks great in a frame! Great way to say "Thank You!" to your Counselor!
Mentor Recognitions
	Mentor Pin – MM2C3 3/4” mentor pin Straight pin (like a tie tack). The word “Mentor” is against a blue background.
	Mentor Patch – MM1C5 3” embroidered emblem Similar to the student patch except that it has “Mentor” on it.
	Mentor Certificate – MM1M9 5x7 parchment Certificates come blank – you add the recipient’s name and secure appropriate signatures. Looks great in a frame!
