God and Family Awards

The following awards may be ordered after all the requirements have been completed and work presented to the pastor. The Award Application Form may be found in the back of the Student Workbook or submitted through the Online Store.

Awards cannot be ordered by telephone. The information on the application/order form must be submitted to P.R.A.Y. via electronic registration, fax, or mail.

Youth Recognitions
		Medallion - 002F3 The medallion may be worn on the official Girl Scout uniform (centered below the membership stars on the right side of the vest or sash, or worn on the right side of the blouse level with the Girl Scout membership pin)   This is the official medallion for the BSA uniform which is worn above the left shirt pocket
		¾” Pin - 002F6 About the same size as the Girl Scout pin. May be worn on the official Girl Scout uniform (centered below the membership stars on the right side of the vest or sash, or worn on the right side of the blouse level with the Girl Scout membership pin)
		Embroidered Patch - 001FN 3” embroidered emblem Sew it on the back of the Girl Scout vest Sew it on a BSA brag vest Wear it as a temporary patch on the front of the BSA uniform Or add it to your collection!
		Youth Certificate - 001F9 5x7, printed in full color Certificates come blank – you had the recipient’s name and secure appropriate signatures Looks great in a frame!
Counselor Recognitions
		Counselor Pin - 002F8 3/4” counselor pin Straight pin (like a tie tack) The word “Counselor” is against a yellow background
		Counselor Patch - 001FC 3” embroidered emblem Similar to the student patch except that it has “Counselor” on it Counselors are encouraged to wear this patch while teaching a God and Family class as incentive for students to complete the requirements. This patch may be ordered at any time by phone, mail, or via the Internet.
		Counselor Certificate – CC1F9 5x7, printed in full color Certificates come blank – you add the recipient’s name and secure appropriate signatures Looks great in a frame! Great way to say "Thank You!" to your Counselor!
Mentor Recognitions
		Mentor Pin – MM2F3 3/4” mentor pin Straight pin (like a tie tack) The word “Mentor” is against a yellow background
		Mentor Patch – MM1F5 3” embroidered emblem Similar to the student patch except that it has “Mentor” on it
		Mentor Certificate – MM1F9 5x7, printed in full color Certificates come blank – you add the recipient’s name and secure appropriate signatures Looks great in a frame!
