About the Religious Recognitions Information Team

The [local council] has just announced the formation of the Religious Recognitions Information Team. This team is a group of speakers who make presentations about religious recognitions in order to increase the awareness
of these programs. The Religious Recognitions Information Team does not provide religious instruction. The purpose of this team is to provide information - information about the religious recognitions programs of ALL faiths so that each girl will know about the religious recognition of her own faith.

The Religious Recognitions Information Team will provide brochures at no charge for distribution at neighborhood/service unit and troop meetings. These brochures answer some of the most frequently asked questions about religious recognitions and provide information about all the different programs. The Team is also available to make short presentations to Girl Scout groups regarding the religious recognitions programs. Contact [name] at [phone number] for more information.
