Books
All book orders will be sent via Media Mail through the
United States Postal Service.
This is a Book Rate, which means it is slower
than First Class Mail (USPS.com indicates 2-9 days for delivery,
however delivery times may vary, especially during holiday
seasons). Upgraded shipping options
are available. Shipping to other than the continental US
(including APO, FPO and US Territories) will require additional
fees.
